We seek to build more capacity with every project that we do. We'll hire local people, including youth, to help us wherever possible. We train staff, and give them the tools so they can continue without us after a project is done. Our capacity building tools include our very easy to use web site content-management system, as well as word templates that we create and logo usage guides.
We work training into all of our communications projects, so you don't have to ask us to do it.
