As attractive as it may seem to spell out exactly what we’ll do and how we’ll get there, we’ve found the approach of pre-decided planning has never worked for our clients. The fact is, your audience is unique. Your organization, including the history, people, and vision is unique. You have your own story. We want to help you find it and tell that story as effectively as possible.
It is for this reason that we start projects with a workshop, or more simply, a discovery session. We will spend time getting to know you and your “target audience,” so we can successfully market your organization and avoid wasting money with missteps.
Once the discovery is complete, we create a document called a creative brief. The creative brief summarizes the discovery, outlines the project approach, and makes recommendations. Once we have done this, solutions for your project start to become self-apparent, and everything from your planning to your web site and future marketing material becomes much easier.
We'll work with your staff and board of directors to ensure that everyone is on the same page before moving forward. We have also worked with entire nations to do community planning and ensure that the nation's plans are in line with the vision and values of their membership.
We invite you to contact us and lean more about how we can help you with your planning.
“The success of the internal and external communications data collection and reporting is mainly due to having CM consultants spending one-on-one time or drawing from large group discussions with key employees, committee members, leadership, and elders throughout the project duration. It was delightful to review the scope of the creative brief which accurately reflected the opinions and values of the community and served as a basis for developing data collection instruments for enhancing communications and development of the First Nations and corporate Governance structures.” -Sandra Jack |
